Course Concept
Students will take turns presenting state-of-the-art research related to Knowledge Representation and Reasoning on the Sematnic Web. Each participant must contact the teacher as soon as possible to discuss possible topics.

Evaluation
Assessment of in-class presentations and participation in discussions.

April 4: Logic Programming and Resolution
April 25: Open versus closed-world reasoning
April 30: RDF and lightweight OWL (RL) reasoning
May 2: Tableaux reasoning algorithms
May 10: Stream Reasoning. Starts at 10:00am in Joshi 399!
May 14: Querying OWL
May 16: Dealing with Inconsistencies
May 21: Dealing with uncertainty
May 23: Contextualized knowledge
